Guest Policy

All bookings made at Andriana are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before completing your reservation. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following policies.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

PAYMENT POLICY

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total cost is required (please note that any transfer fees are borne by the sender).

The remaining amount is paid upon check-in, along with the accommodation tax of (€0.50 – €1.5) per room per night.

A valid credit card and a valid form of identification (ID card, Passport, or Driver’s License) are required upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date, there is no charge, and the deposit paid is refunded (in this case, the accommodation is not responsible for any transaction fees or commissions).

For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show or early departure, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.

PET POLICY

Small pets are allowed upon arrangement.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible throughout their stay for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables, such as money, etc. Andriana bears no responsibility for loss, destruction, or damage.
